Progress Over Perfection: Leading Through Change
After five days on the road, attending two conferences, delivering a keynote, and engaging in countless conversations (so much that my voice is starting to give out!), this week I want to share my biggest takeaways from time out in the wild.
After delivering my presentation at PLRB, I had so many discussions with leaders in the industry that hit home on two of the major findings below:
- Our incremental attempts at Digital Transformation haven't cut it.
- We haven't done enough to fill the talent gap, and if we don't start retaining talent, we will be in even bigger trouble.
But the outlook isn't all doom and gloom. We are making progress, and I think we can focus on that and keep pushing through.
