🌟 The Golden Rule of Change🌟

When we were little, the Golden Rule was drilled into us on the playground as a lesson not to hit or call names.

“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

But we should still be holding this rule close to our hearts when we are leading change. We need to treat our team like the adult humans they are.

This goes far beyond technology-driven change. This is advice for any organizational change.

I understand that not every bit of information can be shared. I understand that not every change is an easy one to digest. But I also understand that being treated with dignity and respect goes a long way even in a bad situation.
